College, Career, & Counseling Initiative Professional Development Grant

Are you looking to increase the skills, knowledge, and understanding of the resources available to support Indiana youth in their post-secondary educational attainment?

Professional Development Grants are for individuals pursuing their ability to provide college & career support to youth through:

Enhancing ability to support youth’s desire to seek post-secondary education opportunities.
Access to continuing education opportunities.
Identifying learning opportunities that advance their work in the field of college and career readiness.

Eligibility: Any Indiana youth worker who serves in the college & career readiness support field.

IYI is awarding 10 professional development grants for these youth-serving individuals between December 2023 – November 2024. An additional 10 professional development grants will be available between December 2024 – November 2025.
Grant covers expenses up to $750 and will be disbursed to the individual, not the organization.
