Better Together Through Flexible, Hybrid Work
Because our employees live in and serve communities throughout Indiana, Indiana Youth Institute maintains a flexible, family-friendly hybrid work environment that supports both collaboration and work-life balance.
While much of our work can be done remotely, there are times when projects, events, meetings, and team initiatives require in-person engagement. This includes monthly all-staff meetings that bring our team together to strengthen relationships, foster collaboration, and build a shared sense of purpose. When in-person participation is needed, we provide advance notice whenever possible so team members can plan accordingly.
