Better Together Through Balanced, Remote-First Work
Because our employees live in and serve communities throughout the state, Indiana Youth Institute maintains a flexible, family-friendly, remote-first work culture.
There are times when projects, events, and tasks require meeting in-person, including our monthly all-staff meetings that bring the team together for cohesion and connection. We ensure that when it’s better to be together, team members are given advanced notice of in-person requirements so they can plan ahead.
