Thank a Youth Worker Day!

Thank a Youth Worker Day is an international celebration of youth workers who make a difference in the lives of young people. This year’s theme is “I Am a Youth Worker.” Join the May 7 effort between community partners, youth-serving organizations, youth and child care workers, and individuals to recognize youth workers’ hard work and impact on the lives of kids in our communities.

We invite you to join IYI and other youth workers in your community to network and celebrate the work happening to support kids at our upcoming Thank a Youth Worker Day Fuel Ups. Be sure to check in with your IYI Outreach Manager when you arrive – your favorite coffee beverage is on us! You will also learn more about how Indiana Youth Institute can support the work you do and get some special Thank a Youth Worker Day swag! These informal events are open house style, so feel free to stop in anytime during the scheduled times, stay as long as you like, or grab a coffee to go!
