Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring
Whether you’re new to youth work or have years of experience, understanding what makes mentoring programs effective is key to supporting youth successfully. The Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring™ (EEPM) is the leading framework for building strong, safe, and impactful youth mentoring programs. Grounded in decades of research, the EEPM outlines clear, practical standards that help programs deliver high-quality mentoring relationships.
In this four-part virtual cohort, we’ll break the 16 Elements into focused, interactive sessions. You will explore each section in depth, exchange ideas with peers, and walk away with tools you can immediately apply to strengthen your program.
Participants who attend all four sessions will receive an EEPM certificate of completion.
*Sessions are offered live only and will not be recorded or available for replay.
