The Youth Worker Well-Being Project is a collaborative statewide effort to address individual youth worker well-being, workplace conditions, and root causes of stress in the sector to promote comprehensive change in youth workers and invest in their well-being so they can provide the highest quality services for kids.

Michele is the Vice President of Advancement & Impact leading Indiana Youth Institute’s comprehensive development program and evaluation efforts. She is responsible for identifying new revenue through multiple avenues and maintaining and elevating current investors and donors. Additionally, she provides strategic guidance on the evaluation of IYI’s services.

Michele has more than 25 years of experience in strategic development, grant management, and donor engagement in both the non-profit and governmental sectors. She previously provided leadership and strategic management at a national nonprofit for developing, implementing, and evaluating grant programs, scholarships, financial assistance programs, and other grassroots initiatives.

Michele is a maker at heart who loves to read. In her spare time, she loves to volunteer to support her local community and state.
