Allison Luthe, MSW, PhD, is a leadership coach and former nonprofit executive director who helps youth-serving organizations build sustainable, values-driven workplace cultures rooted in equity and well-being. With more than 20 years of experience—including growing an organization from two to 42 staff—she brings lived experience and a proven track record of fostering engagement, trust, and retention.

Allison partners with leaders to move beyond surface-level fixes, addressing the systems, practices, and habits that shape workplace culture. Through coaching, facilitation, and strategy support, she helps organizations translate values into everyday leadership, improve collaboration, grow emerging leaders, and reduce burnout.
