Ashley is Indiana Youth Institute’s Senior Director of Accounting and Technical Systems, working across teams to ensure that IYI’s systems run smoothly and that our technology empowers staff and supports the mission.

With an MBA from Ball State University and CPA credentials, Ashley brings nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit finance and technology, specializing in project management and process improvement. At IYI, she aims to support strategic goals through technology-driven solutions.

Ashley enjoys the challenge of finding ways to make systems work smarter. Outside of work, she’s an avid reader and loves exploring the latest tech trends.
