Becky is one of Indiana Youth Institute’s Directors of Quality for the Youth Worker Well-Being Project. She supports Indiana youth workers by implementing programs to improve well-being through access to healthcare, increased workplace equity, and leadership opportunities.

Becky is a human-centered capacity builder who has held various roles in education, nonprofit, and business sectors. In addition, she has led movements for change in schools, communities, and entities through her work as a consultant and community leader. She is passionate about creating equitable spaces and opportunities for those most impacted by disproportionate resources and systemic injustices through relational and innovative approaches.

Becky has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Purdue University and holds certifications in various training, quality, workplace, humanitarian, and equity concepts. She values time with loved ones, nature, and curling up with a good book.
