Empowered Community Solutions LLC (ECS) is a black woman owned, multi-faceted consulting firm with 15 years of experience working with and coaching youth centered workers. ECS specializes in training, development, workshops, data analytics plans, policy, programming development and other consultation services that focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging with an emphasis on working with youth serving and community-based organizations. We lean into innovative and culturally responsive solutions and implementation strategies that are healing centered and trauma informed, while leveraging power of privilege leveraging in the space of advocacy. Leadership coaching and safe spaces were designed to improve transparency and decrease attrition. By providing smaller spaces in order to build rapport, employees feel safer and more empowered to share their feelings openly, decreasing the fear of ridicule and retaliation. We develop quantitative and qualitative tools to assess the knowledge base that provides the foundation for policy revitalization and development.
