F.O.R.T.E. Services provides training and consulting, including best practices in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) that create an organizational culture that fosters inclusion and belonging in the workplace. Services include both in-person and virtual experiences, including the development of internal practices, policies, and programs, as well as leadership and employee coaching, which is tailored to meet the goals and needs of youth-serving professionals, the team, and the organization.

F.O.R.T.E. Services also has expertise in SAMHSA’s 8 Dimensions of Well-Being and provides training and consulting for teams and employees around the importance of self-care, utilizing concepts from Dr. Bessel van der Kolk’s book The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma.

Other specialty services include best practices in organizational culture and psychological safety in the workplace. Services include both in-person and virtual experiences, including the development of internal practices, policies, and programs, as well as leadership and employee coaching, which is tailored to meet the goals and needs of youth-serving professionals, the team, and the organization.
