F.O.R.T.E. Services provides consulting, coaching, and training, including building workplace culture and employee engagement. Connie Minich, team lead, has expertise in SAMHSA’s 8 Dimensions of Well-Being, and the F.O.R.T.E. Services team has experience designing individual and workplace development programs to increase employee satisfaction and retention. One of the tools that can be utilized with the staff or team is the StrengthsFinder assessment. This tool helps to identify and lean into the talent of employees, as well as helps team members to feel valued and increase their sense of belonging.

Other specialty services include best practices in organizational culture and values clarification, which can include team values activities, as well as employee and/or organizational values clarification. Services include both in-person and virtual experiences, including the development of internal practices, policies, and programs, as well as employee, leadership, and organizational coaching, which is tailored to meet the goals and needs of youth-serving professionals, the team, and the organization.
