Primary Services: Agency Strategy & Policy; Workplace Programs; Organizational Knowledge

F.O.R.T.E. Services provides training and consulting, including best practices in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) that create an organizational culture that fosters inclusion and belonging in the workplace. Services include both in-person and virtual experiences, including the development of internal practices, policies, and programs, as well as leadership and employee coaching, which is tailored to meet the goals and needs of youth-serving professionals, the team, and the organization.

Other specialty services include youth worker well-being, incorporating the eight dimensions of wellness, and navigating a multi-generational workforce, to increase understanding and appreciation, for the uniqueness each generation has to offer.
