Haleigh Rigger is a licensed social worker, consultant, and facilitator with a passion for building community. As a nonprofit consultant, Haleigh brings an anti-oppressive, lived-experience informed lens to capacity building, strategic planning, program design, and evaluation. She received her Master of Social Work from Indiana University, with a focus in Community and Organizational Leadership.
