Intentional Coaching + Consulting (ICC) is led by a former nonprofit youth-serving organization CEO of a who became a Certified Professional Coach. Coaching is a perfect complement whenever you are implementing a new project, undergoing big changes, or leveling up management and leadership skills.

ICC ‘s 14 certified professional coaches offer one-on-one coaching, group coaching, team coaching, and a curated suite of assessments that help nonprofit leaders excel in their roles while loving their lives. Many coaches have or are pursuing certificates in wellbeing and trauma-informed coaching. ICC also plans designs, and implements workshops and training about leadership, team alignment, wellbeing, and many other topics. We specialize in creating coaching programs for nonprofit organizations that include coaching and training components.
