The Youth Worker Well-Being Project is a collaborative statewide effort to address individual youth worker well-being, workplace conditions, and root causes of stress in the sector to promote comprehensive change in youth workers and invest in their well-being so they can provide the highest quality services for kids.

Jessica is Indiana Youth Institute’s Advancement Program Coordinator, assisting the Director of Grants Management and the Vice President of Advancement & Impact with funding applications, reporting, and compliance, and providing logistical support to the Advancement team.

Jessica graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and has experience working with a variety of nonprofit organizations on a local and state level, largely in the youth service field.

In addition to spending time with her friends and family, Jessica enjoys reading, painting, and other creative pursuits.
