Leslie is Indiana Youth Institute’s Director of Organizational Effectiveness, responsible for supporting the operations team and all aspects of the Strengthening Youth Programs in Indiana project implementation. This includes a special focus on supporting SYPI-funded youth-serving organizations.

Leslie spent the last 25 years in various operations and program roles, working with youth-serving organizations. She enjoys traveling and exploring our beautiful state parks with her family and friends.
