Nathan is the Program Officer for Indiana Youth Institute’s College, Career, and Counseling Initiative, helping to empower organizations that look to create the successful matriculation of adolescents and young adults into college and career pathways.
Prior to IYI, Nathan worked for more than 20 years in Indiana’s public school system, serving as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and project manager. He also had the opportunity to direct a college access and persistence program for his district.
Nathan is an avid outdoorsman, sports fan, and has coached high school tennis for 21 seasons. He and his wife, Alisha, have three school-age children.
