Robust Futures believes every child deserves a robust future and supports the work of youth-serving organizations by strengthening and supporting their workers. Delivering research-based approaches to processing and resolving trauma, Robust Futures ensures organizations’ workers can process and grow from the work they do, even if it involves exposure to trauma experienced by the youth they serve. We reduce fatigue and burnout in staff and volunteers by teaching them how to eliminate their burdens, and we train organizations to build systems for retaining those who have the biggest hearts and best skills for serving youth.
