RWW Health’s Reclaim with Wellness program specializes in sustainable workplace culture transformation through trauma-informed wellness consulting and leadership coaching. We partner with youth-serving organizations to build community, increase engagement, and improve retention through evidence-based wellness strategies.
- Consulting Services: Organizational wellness assessments, culture analysis, strategic wellness planning, and long-term culture transformation programs (6-12 months)
- Coaching Services: Leadership coaching focused on wellness-centered management, trauma-informed supervision training, and executive wellness coaching for organizational leaders

2. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
RWW Health’s Reclaim with Wellness program brings a unique DEIB perspective through wellness consulting and coaching specifically designed to address health disparities and create inclusive healing spaces for marginalized communities, particularly women of color and trauma survivors.
