Sherri Lauver serves as the Vice President of Data, Research, and Professional Education. Sherri brings more than 25 years of experience in data strategy, youth development, and capacity building, with a proven record of translating data into actionable insights and building partnerships that improve outcomes for children, youth, and families. Her career began as a youth worker in Boys and Girls Clubs, 21st Century afterschool programs, and youth mental health, grounding her leadership in the realities and strengths of those who serve young people every day. Most recently with Abt Global and previously at Synergy Enterprises, Sherri has led national initiatives focused on evidence-based practice and professional learning. We are thrilled to welcome Sherri to the IYI team and look forward to the expertise, energy, and passion she will bring to advancing our mission across Indiana.
