Dr. Trinisia Brooks specializes in healing-centered engagement, community-based leadership, and equitable practices in schools and communities. She is a Licensed Qualified Administrator in the Intercultural Development Inventory. Her approach is founded on an asset-based framework that values the experiences people bring to the table. Her approach moves beyond cultural competence and dives into cultural humility towards self and others. She views partners as co-authors in the process through an intersectional lens, that addresses and confronts systems of injustices using evidenced-based practices.

She provides training and professional development on emotional regulation, neuroscience, skills groups, and trauma-informed interventions through a cultural lens using evidenced-based practices.
